Holidays and tourism in the city of Olbia

Begins in the afternoon of the first Sunday in September, with the taking down of the flags and the celebration of vespers and continues with a little refreshment and dinner of tripe and good wine, offered to all those taking part; the evening then continues with a little show. On the Sunday morning is celebrated the Santa Messa Cantata, which continues with a procession and the taking down of the flags. To follow, there is the grand lunch, for which 10's of benches are prepared in the open air, with octopus salad and roasted fish. The evening concludes with dancing and folk dances, songs and poetry.
