Holidays and tourism in the city of Olbia

Begins in the afternoon with the celebration of vespers. There follows a little light refreshment and dinner, featuring lamb and good wine. In the evening there is singing and folk dances. On the Sunday morning, mass is celebrated and the flags are taken down.
