The beach of li Cuncheddi

Description

Situated in a little bay known as "Cala Sos Passizzeddos". The shore is composed of heavy grained yellow ochre sands, contrasting with the white rocks rising up out of the blue water. Particularly favoured by surfers and lovers of underwater activities, it has numerous services, not least the hotel and restaurant on the sea. One arrives from the SS125 in the direction of Nuoro. At Multa Maria, turn left for Porto Istana and then left again into via Funtana Umbrina, then continue until the village of Li Cuncheddi; passing the village, turn left onto a track and follow this until you arrive at a large car park.
